We use your information to run LancerSpace for you — process payments, send you technical and support messages, answer your questions, and improve the product.

We may occasionally email you about new features or LancerSpace news. You can opt out of those emails anytime — essential account emails keep coming.

We also use aggregated data to monitor trends, prevent fraud and abuse, and make LancerSpace better for everyone.

3. What we share

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with service providers who help us run LancerSpace — payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and analytics.

We keep your data as long as your account is active or as needed to run LancerSpace for you. We also keep it as long as needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When we no longer need your data, we delete or anonymize it. If deletion isn't possible for technical or legal reasons, we isolate and protect the data until we can delete it.

8. Children's privacy

LancerSpace isn't for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 16. If we learn we have, we'll delete it.

If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us their data, contact us and we'll remove it.

9. International transfers

Your data may be stored on servers outside your state, province, or country, where data protection laws may differ.

If you're outside the United States, know that we may transfer your data to the US and process it there. We use appropriate safeguards to protect it in line with this policy.
